We have confirmed that in some environments where the Windows Update has been performed, CLIP STUDIO PAINT experiences slow performance. (Updated April 28, 2026)

In the following environment, performance may be slow:

Please try the following solutions:

Workaround

1.Uninstall the relevant update once via Windows Update. For instructions on how to uninstall, please contact your PC manufacturer.

2.Restart your PC.

3.Apply the latest updates via Windows Update.

Currently, due to various circumstances, the following services are unavailable for Android users. Please access the services from a PC or iPad/iPhone : (August 4, 2025)
