We are currently receiving reports from some users who have installed Windows Update (KB5074109) that Clip Studio Paint freezes when launching or closing the application.(January 19, 2026)

We are investigating the scope of impact, the cause, and how to resolve the issue.

We are currently confirming the following issues with CLIP STUDIO PAINT. (June 9, 2025)

- We have confirmed that the pen does not respond when using the Wacom One in some Windows/macOS environments.
